Every HD Welding Hat is made to order — carefully cut, sewn, and finished by hand to meet your exact specifications. I take pride in the craftsmanship behind each cap and maintain a strict schedule to keep production running smoothly.

Because every order is handmade, the average fulfillment time is approximately 4 weeks. During periods of high demand, production may take a little longer, but I complete over 99% of orders on schedule.

To check when your order will be made, find your Order Number on the schedule below. The schedule is updated at least once per month to give you the most accurate production timeline available.

If your order number hasn’t appeared yet, it simply means the next update hasn’t been posted. You’re always welcome to reach out directly if you’d like an estimated completion date.
