Each cap is handmade in the USA from 100% preshrunk cotton, ensuring a breathable, comfortable fit that lasts. The brim is made from heavy 12–14 oz denim, providing structure and protection under your welding hood. The interior is finished with a solid cotton lining (color varies based on stock) that absorbs sweat and keeps you cool throughout the day.

Available in four standard depth sizes — 6.5", 7", 7.5", and 8" — and three brim lengths — 2", 2.5", or 3".
Each hat can be custom-sized at no additional cost:

  • Brim length adjustable in ¼" increments

  • Depth adjustable in ¼" increments

  • Size adjustable in ⅛" increments
