Every HD Welding Hat is Made in the U.S.A., precision-sewn to your preferred specifications. Choose from four standard depth sizes — 6.5", 7", 7.5", and 8" — or order a custom depth in ¼" increments. Brim lengths are available in 2", 2.5", or 3", or can be tailored to your preference in ¼" increments. Custom sizing down to the ⅛" ensures a perfect fit every time, at no extra cost.
