The Tie-Dye Skulls Welding Cap brings bold color and attitude to your workday. This bright blue and turquoise tie-dye pattern features stylized skulls woven into the design — a perfect mix of edge and artistry for welders who like to stand out while staying protected.

Handcrafted in the USA, every HD Welding Hat is made from 100% preshrunk cotton, offering breathable comfort and dependable durability under your welding hood. The brim is made from heavy 12–14 oz denim, built to hold its shape and provide structure on the job. The solid cotton lining (color varies depending on stock) helps wick away sweat for long-lasting comfort in any environment.

Available in four standard crown depths — 6.5", 7", 7.5", and 8" — and three brim lengths — 2", 2.5", or 3". Custom sizes are always available at no additional charge:

  • Custom brim length: ¼" increments

  • Custom depth: ¼" increments

  • Custom size: ⅛" increments

You can choose from the standard sizes or have the exact size you need for every welding cap we sell, right on the webpage - no extra email messages.

Custom Depth

There are 4 Standard depth options. If those aren't the right fit you can request and custom depth to the nearest 1/4" right on the webpage.

Brim Options

Choose 2", 2.5" or 3" brim length or use the Custom Measurement box for your custom measurmemnt to the nearest 1/4".

Made to Order

All of the welding caps are made to your specific needs. No caps are sitting on a shelf waiting to be sold.

Pre-washed Fabrics

Every cotton fabric and the cotton sweatbands are pre-washed before cutting to reduce shrinking of your new welding caps in the laundry.

Made in the USA

Your new welding cap are made and ship from the same place - Oregon.

FR Denim Brim

All medium and dark colored welding caps have the FR Denim in the brim for reinforcement and flexibility. Light color caps will have 100% cotton canvas for reinforcement and flexibility.

Sweatband Options

If you need moisture control I offer cotton sweatbands or microfiber sewn into the band for comfortable wear.
