Every cap is handcrafted in the USA from 100% preshrunk cotton, including both the outer fabric and lining, for consistent comfort and performance wash after wash. The brim is made from 12–14 oz fire-resistant denim, designed to hold its shape while providing reliable protection under your welding hood. Reinforced seams and quality construction ensure this cap is built for real work and real welders.

Available in four standard depth options (6.5", 7", 7.5", or 8") and three brim lengths (2", 2.5", or 3"), each HD Welding Hat can be customized to your ideal fit. Custom brim, depth, and size options are available at no additional cost — with brim adjustments in ¼" increments, depth in ¼" increments, and sizes in ⅛" increments. Simply include your preferences in the “Custom Requests” box on the product page.
