Each cap is handcrafted in the USA using 100% preshrunk cotton, offering breathable comfort and dependable wear through long shifts. The brim is made from heavy fire-resistant denim, built to maintain shape and shield from sparks and glare. The lining features a coordinating solid cotton fabric chosen to complement the outer design, based on current stock availability.

Available in four standard depth sizes — 6.5", 7", 7.5", and 8" — and three brim lengths — 2", 2.5", or 3". Customization is always included at no extra charge:

  • Brim length adjustable in ¼" increments

  • Depth adjustable in ¼" increments

  • Size adjustable in ⅛" increments
