Handmade in the USA, this cap is built from 100% preshrunk cotton that’s soft, breathable, and durable enough for long days on the job. The brim is crafted from heavy fire-resistant denim, adding structure and dependable protection under your welding hood. The lining fabric is chosen to coordinate with the outer design and may vary slightly depending on available solid colors.

Available in four standard depth sizes — 6.5", 7", 7.5", and 8" — and three brim lengths — 2", 2.5", or 3". Custom fit options are included at no extra cost:

  • Brim length adjustable in ¼" increments

  • Depth adjustable in ¼" increments

  • Size adjustable in ⅛" increments
