Each cap is handcrafted in the USA from 100% preshrunk cotton, ensuring breathable comfort and lasting shape retention under your welding hood. The brim is made from heavy fire-resistant denim, providing dependable structure and heat protection. The lining features a coordinating solid cotton fabric, matched to complement the outer design and selected from available stock.

You can choose from four standard crown depths — 6.5", 7", 7.5", and 8" — and three brim lengths — 2", 2.5", or 3". Custom sizing is always available at no additional charge:

  • Brim length in ¼" increments

  • Depth in ¼" increments

  • Size in ⅛" increments
