The Burgundy Paisley Welding Cap combines classic craftsmanship with bold vintage-inspired style. The rich burgundy fabric features a traditional paisley pattern accented with shades of white, pink, and teal — a timeless look that stands out in the shop or under your welding hood.

Each cap is handcrafted in the USA using 100% preshrunk cotton, inside and out, ensuring consistent sizing and long-lasting comfort. The brim is made from 12–14 oz fire-resistant denim, providing structure, durability, and protection that holds up through heat and hard work.

This welding cap is available in four standard depth sizes — 6.5", 7", 7.5", and 8" — and brim lengths of 2", 2.5", or 3". Custom sizes are available in ¼" increments, and custom requests (including brim, size, depth, or solid lining color) are free of charge. Simply add your preferences in the “Custom Requests” box at checkout.
