The hand-dyed batik fabric features flowing swirls of turquoise, blue, and green — reminiscent of ocean waves — giving each cap a unique, one-of-a-kind look.

Each cap is handmade in the USA from 100% preshrunk cotton, ensuring durability, comfort, and breathability under your welding hood. The fire-resistant denim brim provides flexible protection and structure while holding its shape through daily wear.

Choose from four standard depth sizes — 6.5", 7", 7.5", and 8" — or request a custom depth in ¼" increments. Brim lengths are available in 2", 2.5", or 3", with additional custom options in ¼" increments. Each hat includes a solid cotton lining (color varies by available stock) and can be made to custom sizing down to the ⅛" for a precision fit.
