Each HD Welding Hat is custom made in the USA using 100% preshrunk cotton for both the outer and lining fabrics, so your fit stays consistent wash after wash. The brim is built from 12–14 oz fire-resistant denim, giving you reliable structure and protection on long shifts under the hood.

Available in four standard depth sizes — 6.5", 7", 7.5", and 8" — with custom depths in ¼" increments for a perfect fit. Brim lengths come standard in 2", 2.5", or 3", and can be customized in ¼" increments as well. You can even order custom sizing to the ⅛" and choose your preferred solid color lining — all at no additional charge.
