Embroidery Font Examples

Below are computerized images of the machine embroidery fonts available for welding hats. As you can see, some font styles are more elaborate than others. While all look beautiful when sewn out, some are not suitable for ALL CAPS. If you think you want ALL CAPS please take note of which ones I've noted as not suitable. Really, trust me, not suitable means not suitable. (I know from experience.)

There is a 1 1/2" by 6" area that I will stitch at one hooping. The more letters used in that space the smaller each individual letter gets. Sometimes less really is more.
