Each cap is handcrafted in the USA from 100% preshrunk cotton, inside and out, ensuring a consistent fit wash after wash. The brim is made from 12–14 oz fire-resistant denim, providing durability, protection, and structure that keeps its shape under your welding hood.

Designed for the perfect fit, the cap is available in four standard depth sizes — 6.5", 7", 7.5", and 8" — and brim lengths of 2", 2.5", or 3". Free custom sizing is available, and customers can specify their preferences using the “Custom Requests” box at checkout.
