The brim is made from heavy 12–14 oz denim, built tough to handle heat and sparks while maintaining shape and protection. Inside, the solid cotton lining (color varies by stock) provides breathable comfort and moisture absorption to keep you cool and comfortable through long shifts.

Choose from:

  • Four standard crown depths: 6.5", 7", 7.5", and 8"

  • Three brim lengths: 2", 2.5", or 3"

  • Custom options: brim (¼" increments), depth (¼" increments), and size (⅛" increments)
