Each hat is handcrafted in the USA from 100% preshrunk cotton for lasting comfort and durability. The brim is made from heavy fire-resistant denim, providing structure and protection where you need it most. A solid cotton lining (color varies based on stock) adds softness and moisture absorption for all-day wear.

Available in four standard depth sizes — 6.5", 7", 7.5", and 8" — and three brim lengths — 2", 2.5", or 3".
