Featuring a pattern of birch trees and perched red birds, this cap brings a touch of nature and warmth to your work gear while maintaining the high standards HD Welding Hats are known for.

Each cap is handcrafted in the USA from 100% preshrunk cotton, offering breathable comfort and long-lasting durability. The brim is made from heavy fire-resistant denim, adding strength and protection beneath your welding hood. The inside is finished with a solid cotton lining, available in your choice of colors from our in-stock selection.

Available in four standard depth sizes — 6.5", 7", 7.5", and 8" — and three brim lengths — 2", 2.5", or 3".
Every HD Welding Hat comes with free customization options:

  • Brim length adjustable in ¼" increments

  • Depth adjustable in ¼" increments

  • Size adjustable in ⅛" increments
