Each cap is handmade in the USA with reinforced seams and a heavy fire-resistant denim brim, providing structure and shielding from sparks. The inside features a solid cotton lining, available in your choice of in-stock colors, for moisture control and comfort during long shifts.

Choose your perfect fit with four standard depth sizes — 6.5", 7", 7.5", and 8" — and three brim lengths — 2", 2.5", or 3".
All caps include custom sizing options at no extra charge:

  • Brim length adjustable in ¼" increments

  • Depth adjustable in ¼" increments

  • Size adjustable in ⅛" increments
