Each cap is handcrafted in the USA using 100% preshrunk cotton, ensuring a breathable, comfortable fit that holds up through long hours in the shop. The solid cotton lining is carefully chosen to coordinate with the outer fabric and may vary depending on stock availability at the time of production.

Available in four standard depth sizes — 6.5", 7", 7.5", and 8" — and three brim lengths — 2", 2.5", or 3". Custom sizing is always available at no extra cost:

  • Brim length adjustable in ¼" increments
  • Depth adjustable in ¼" increments
  • Size adjustable in ⅛" increments
