I wanted to let everyone know that I've updated the production schedule this afternoon. As of 3:30 PM Pacific today, every order I've received has now been assigned a production date.
If you were expecting an Order Scheduled email and didn't receive one, please take a quick look in your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, there's a good chance I don't have the correct email address on your order.
If you have any questions, or need me to update your email address, just use the Contact form on the website. You can also check your order anytime using the Order Lookup page with your order number and the email address used when placing your order.
At the moment, I'm booked through August 28, 2026.
I also wanted to give everyone a heads-up that I'll be out of the office August 27–28. No caps will be sewn or shipped during those two days, but I'll be checking email when I can, so don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything.
